WHFSC Honors Kancho Giordano

Kancho Larry Giordano was awarded the World Head of Family/ Sokeship Council (WHFSC) Grandmaster Shogun Award for exceptional abilities at their 27th Anniversary celebration in Orlando, Florida. Giordano has been the head of the Methuen Karate Association for over 50 years and founded the North American Kyokushin Karate Association. The WHFSC is the foremost collective group of Accredited Internationally Recognized Masters and Grandmasters in the World serving the Martial Art Community by providing in-depth investigations into the validity, knowledge and skill of our membership.

Despite hurricane Dorian barreling down on Florida, the 27th Anniversary celebration was a RESOUNDING SUCCESS with approximately 300 in attendance at their newest location, the DoubleTree Hilton Airport Hotel. The 2 day event held Friday, August 30th & Saturday, August 31st featured 36 world class seminars that covered the gamut from martial arts business, firearms training, the Japanese katana, women’s self-defense, Filipino martial arts, Krav Maga, blade arts, Okinawan Arts, American martial art systems, Island Arts & healing. All taught by world renowned grandmasters & masters.
